How electronics affect sleep?

  Almost 85% of the people use their mobile phones, computers and other electronics before bed time. Are you one of them? Almost all of you use your electronic devices before bed time. But do you know how this habit is affecting your sleep? who cares, no? You guys are busy giving headshots on pubg, chatting and you tubing but have you ever googled it how this habit affect or benefits your health? No one.
Lets get started.
     When you use electronic devices before sleep, you guys will get physiocally, and psychologically stimulated and this hampers your sleep. What actually happens is, the radiation radiated by electronic devices delays your bodys internal clock which is called circadian rhythm. This delay postpones your time of sleep to another several hours depending upon how much you use your electronic devices.

The short wavelength, artificial blue light may confuse the body when to sleep. Your body and brain sometimes get excited, and continuously changes its excitation state due to use of electronic devices so body and mind mind forgets to sleep. It can also makes your mind dull. The radiation develops forgrtfulness and degrade your memory power. It is supposed that some electronic device radiates blue light during unused time also which affects you equally as in used condition. so it is considered perfect to sleep without cell phones and laptops near you.
       The blue light also suppresses the release of sleep inducing hormone called imelatonin which makes the sleep more difficult and complicated.It is clear that the use of electronic devices can reprogram the brain and operate out of order.
      In the present context, it is necessary to initiate a digital curfue for entire family. It is better to turn on the digital curfue before 30 minutes but the one hour curfue is really really wonderful and you also can stop using electronic devices before two hours of bed time. You can read books under lamp light and do paints or many other in alternative to using electronic device before bed time. In my perspective the most useful and effective alternative is to do light workouts or to do yoga or wandering around the parks.
