1.keep a regular nap schedule. Try having a nap at same time and same duration each day.
2.You should go dark and quick, either turn off lights and close all entries or use eye masks.
3. stay warm. put the blanket to warm your body.
4. You can hear soft natural music or sound to relax your brain.
5. Set an alarm to wake up and don't wake neither before nor after the alarm.
