Best way of sleeping.

Have you ever thought that the way of sleeping can affect your health. Have you ever thought that the way of sleeping can facilitate you. Heart, stomach and brain are major parts of body and sleeping affect those in following ways:

1.stomach.
For stomach, you need to sleep towards your left side because in the left part of your stomach, there lies more bile juice which helps to digest food so as you sleep on your left, it will be faster and easier to digest food.

2. Heart.
For heart also, you need to sleep on your left because the aorta(pumps blood to other parts of body) lies in left side and when u sleep on your left, heart can pump blood with less effort.

3.Brain.
As brain has equal parts on both sides it doesn't matter which side or way you sleep.

But for whole body its better to sleep on your left.
